Customer Reviews

Review No.1:

We have two of these and they are worth it. Going with a cordless system, especially with this size 18 gallon is great. No more looking for an outlet on the job site and dragging around an extension cord.

The vac was about $90.00 and the charging system was on Special at Home Depot for $99.00 with two 4amp batts and a charging station. Very happy with the customer service and the lifetime warranty.

Save your paperwork if something two years down the road you’ll need it. I have had batteries and motors warrantied because of product registration and took all of 10 minutes.

Review No.2:

I have four Ridgid vacuums for multiple tasks and I’m really happy I picked this one up for the convenience of just snapping in an Octane battery when a plug isn’t available or I’m too lazy to plug it in.

Suction seems to work as well as my corded vacs or maybe it’s just the enthusiasm of having a battery-operated vac without the Big Red price!
