I can’t speak for how long it’ll last, but so far, this gadget has served me well. When we empty and refill our hot tub every few months to clean and fill it, I decided to invest in a little and powerful shop vacuum for the residual water left in the tub.
Once the tub drain was finished, I got tired of using a hand or drill lumps to extract the final 15 to 20 gallons from a huge hot tub using a manual or drill machine. This device performed very well and was my first time utilizing a shop vac for wet applications.
Not only did it rapidly remove water, but it also withdrew fluid rather quickly, well under a minute, and had to expel it for the following round. If this machine is effective, I feel that the investment was well worth it. It will only be utilized every few months or so, but when it is used, it will be saving me a significant amount of time and effort. I’m glad I made this purchase!

The Dirt Devil 62463 Large Canister is a versatile machine that can be used to dry vacuum and blow off of my driveway and pathways. While attempting to dry the vac, I’ve noticed a few complaints about this product blowing dust all around. I believe it’s because people don’t know how to use the device.
When you’re drying the vacuum, make sure all of your filters are in place. It will then blow dust out of the blowhole if you don’t do so. The filters capture the dust and debris, keeping it within the canister. If you have problems with this machine, please follow the directions carefully. This little machine is capable of performing everything that it was designed to do effectively.
It’s also a wonderful size for most household activities. The 9 – 12 gallon vacs are too large and cumbersome to move about, while the 2 – 5 gallon vacs are just a touch small. This is a fantastic and high-quality instrument. I would strongly advise purchasing it.

I bought this Vacmaster as a replacement for my Ridgid vacuum, which had burned out after a few months. I stupidly attempted to smooth out all of the textured walls in my house, so I’ve put my shop vacs to the test with endless amounts of joint compound dust and sawdust.
I didn’t anticipate this shop vac to last as long as it has. Apart from the wheels being cheap and loosely attached, it has stood up extremely well. The cost of the vacuum bags is tolerable rather than a throwaway vacuum cleaner.
